1 x 120 cm size SZ curl bar (weight 8 kg), 18 cm surface on each side
2 star collars to secure the weight.
What else should you know?
The included weight plates consist of a highly compressed cement mixture as a filling material. The extremely robust weight plates are covered with a bombproof plastic coating. This protects your floor even during the most intense workouts. The practical dumbbell handles not only help you change weights, but also allow you to grip the dumbbells for added challenge and use them for other exercises. If the included plates aren't enough, you can also use any additional plates with a typical 30/31 mm hole with this set.
